This might be the most moving and provocative trailer I’ve seen in a long time. Hunger profiles the incarcerated life of Bobby Sands (played by Steve McQueen), an IRA prisoner who led the 1981 Irish Hunger Strikes, who starves himself for 66 days to demand prisoners be treated as political prisoners. I love a good epic film, and this being only 90 minutes long means it’s epic by substance.
